Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween from the Gross Family! Carter made his debut as the Cowardly Lion (Mom was Dorothy and Dad was the Scarecrow!) When we got to their house they were sitting outside handing out treats to the neighborhood kids. Carter's Trick or Treating consisted of a few houses on their street.....I'm sure that will change over the next few years when he figures out what it's all about......CANDY!!!

It was a little chilly this morning (although it's supposed to be around 80 degrees this afternoon), so we started looking around the house for a stocking cap to keep Allison's ears warm... But all we found was an old KU hat that I've had for quite some time. Doesn't she look good in KU red and blue...and a little puffy ball on top? :)

We all went over to Dad and Mom's for dinner last night, so I snapped a few pictures afterward while everyone was relaxing.

Remember the song????? Goin' to the zoo, zoo, zoo???? (I can't get it out of my head!) That's what we did last Saturday! Mike's company had Family Day at the Phoenix Zoo and since Holly was busy, Grandma and Grandpa went with Mike and Carter! Fun day of good food and WILD ANIMALS!!!!

I can't believe that September is here and already almost half over, it seems like the summer has flown by. Stan and I just got back from our vacation to Hawaii so I thought I'd add a couple of pics!

Stan and I have been busy since we got back from our trip....we repainted the master bedroom and one wall in the living room, put up different window coverings and a few other misc. items. We really like the new arrangement in the living room, I guess after 8 years, it's time to change a few things!
